NieR: Automata#

This game has a horrible Steam version. Even after Square pushed the "fix", it's still hardly playable, as they only brought the graphics options. Of course, the chance of you having issues is also random, you might have a PERFECTLY fine time playing the game on Steam.

Now, why do I list the Microsoft Store page? You might want the Microsoft Store version unironically if you did not buy the game yet. It's moddable and has much better performance in my experience. I only experienced hiccups when I installed HD Textures, otherwise my experience was flawless. I did not achieve that on the Steam version even once. The stutter was horrible.

Of course, the experience may differ for you, so if you already bought the Steam version - give the mods a shot first.
